Getting ready for this year.

About $35 and about 1.5hrs of work got me this. All in all, I'm pretty stoked. It's not even for this year's display, but it looked like a fun project.

Oh boy do I need to do this... I love these small projects that aren't overly expensive, but are fun to make and look great.

Did you use crack filler foam to bond the skulls together?

Yeah, exactly. I got 10, $2 skulls at 5Below. I used the Window and Door foam because it doesn't expand much. I wrapped a smallish flower pot with plastic to use as a sort of form and removed it after a day to make the space for the lightbulb. Then just some quick spratbpsintbon the foam, stain the skulls, and drybrush the coals.
