Is there an option to add the reply button for the top level post?

All of the reply buttons are there for comments, but nothing for the actual post itself. Here's a screenshot:

The way you've shared a link to the settings is really cool - how did you do that? Manually create the links? Or something simpler?

You should have a floating action button on the bottom right of the screen
