It's no accident she looks like she's there from a cosplay convention; this is a persistent character I've been working on. I've got her so she can be dropped into various settings (like a rave), but everyone else there, wherever it may be, picks up attributes from her.

I imagine the "creative" process that created the Pixar/Dreamworks style wasn't all that different from the sordid origin of Barbie (fka Bild-Lilli).
