They haven't really been Canadian since Wendy's bought them in 1995. That brief period of being publically traded notwithstanding.

They sold years ago, and their quality dropped markedly. Sad, I used to really like going there!

Unfortunately this is very common for many companies.

Another would be Milwaukee, 100% Chinese owned.

Tim Hortons is about as Canadian as Trump.
