I saw people speculating that this is evidence Trump is dead, as the internet memeing suggests, but sadly I don’t think a presidential death would call in enough people to require a pizza surge. They’re probably about to bomb something.

I don't see a surge though, it looks like most pizza places listed on that page are less busy than usual today, and we're only at DEFCON 4.

I can't see a way to see what each defcon is/relates to. Like, what are the different defcons and what is the real world example of each?
