CEOs should NEVER EVER get to rule.

The PEEPS should rul! Like - the peeps do all the work, have all the ideas and craft all the things!

The peeps with creativity and skill and knowledge!

The peeps who you would trust with your pet!

The peeps who are reasonable, understandable, empathetic and cool!

They should get to rule.
