Amtrak is bringing High Speed Rail to Texas?!

You'd still need to push hard to rework those car centered cities. Park and rides are going to be what it is.

They can’t even get their trains slowly and on time where they already have tracks.
We need, but won’t get, a competitor to Amtrak.
