New version of `serde_derive` removes pre-compiled binary

I'm happy to see that the maintainer listened to the users, so we got the best possible outcome.

I mean, this change was done to stir the pot, let's not act like this was a mistake. Not reverting would have been terrible, but that doesn't mean that reverting was anything more than the expected thing to do
