For the 60th anniversary of the cult marionette scifi adventure show Thunderbirds, two classic episodes have been restored and will get a cinema release in the UK on the 20th of September.

I loved it as kid. I can’t see the real advantage of the high definition. Will we be able to see the flaws in the models better or is that the point of the restoration to hide all that imperfection?
