Fact check: Have US workers gained $500 in wages this year?

Haven't read the article yet but what a cursed headline, my heart goes out to American workers.

When inflation is factored in, full-time workers’ take-home pay rose by even less – by about $26 during the first six months of 2025. The statement is partially accurate but leaves out important details. We rate it Half True.
