While snopes rates it as "mostly false" there are documented medical cases of dentists noting damage caused by fellatio.

I did this (ie. Caused this sign before a debtist appointment) on purpose once as a teen. Never again. Would rather not link my sex life and the health services I need, it's inviting creepy behavior.
