You know Jason Galaxy always seems to advocate having cat grass out for your cats. But from what I always read online about it, it makes them puke so idk why people would get it even if it's "natural" for them to eat it lol.

They will basically puke one way or another. Cat grass only helps them do it in a more controlled manner? Idk. I give malt paste to my cat. It seems to help with the hairballs and she doesn't throw up because of it.
