I thought they were nocturnal, not daytime pool party people!
Question to pool owners: Is the pool still good to swim in after something like this?

Probably not.
Chlorine kills just about everything - however, not Baylisascaris (roundworm parasite) which Raccoons commonly have and can be transferred via their poop.
You'd have to clean the pool (filter for a day or so, backwash the filter, etc ) or drain and clean.
Granted, to become infected you'd have to swallow more than a bit of it - but better safe than sorry.
