Does it matter? I'm not subbed here but it's in All. maybe today more people are active. I feel like that's a good thing.

it is a good thing!
I'm mostly joking (or am I!?)
it doesn't seem like the posts are related, tbh - it's great that the community is getting more visibility and activity!

I know LLM models well, and no model I know of could create these people/posts as of people/posts in the last two weeks. Looks genuine to me.
I even have the infamous 4 chan GPT and can get it to say a lot of junk, but not several things that are in the history of these people. More specifically, I could get models to say this stuff, but it would include certain patterns from alignment that I am not seeing from anyone. There is also at least one mention of feeling marginalized on reddit, which jives with the shift.
Much love for all!

but could an LLM produce your text? π
jk, I'm enough of an idiot I have accidentally talked to bots not realizing they were LLMs π«

A bot would not know the niche relevance of citing 4 chan GPT.
