Opposing and neutral should be separate categories. Generally, "neutral" means they will easily adapt it if most of the EU does

Predominantly (exclusively?) people who own houses and/or go to watch their country perform in sports championships. I don't know any other people than those demographics.

It's so gross to see it here in America. Parks and government buildings, sure. But homes with flagpoles and lights in a rock garden? Ick.
