Anyone facing trouble connecting to SIJW account on mobile

I use sync and connect on mobile, but it's not functioning properly at all. Other instances works fine on these apps. Any fix?

No noticeable issues for this or other instances from mobile for me over the past couple of hours. I'm on Voyager.

Could you provide some additional information on what is not functioning well? Screenshots with errors are also very valuable.
