If I had to guess, I think it's a Mouse-pee Pinkgill Entoloma incanum, but I'm not too sure. I do believe they are toxic.

Are they green? My brain is reading them as a brown orangey color.

The caps were kind of a puke green/yellow and the stems were more vibrant green.

They definitely look light brown / yellow to me.. maybe it’s just a causality of the camera sensor? There’s enough green contrast though.
