As I said below there is no list of usernames or community names that are automatically blocked/banned because Lemmy currently doesn't have that feature. Please keep reporting those.
Edit: there actually is an option. The slur-filter is being activated

It's an offensive word to a large group of people. As an immigrant, I don't see how who says it changes the fact that it's offensive. 🤷♂️

Yeah this guy and his community will be banned. If you see anything like that, report and it will be taken care of.
