I mean, as far as bail goes, it's a shitty practice to begin with. It isn't meant to be punitive, and shouldn't be used as such.
He's not a significant flight risk because he's just too damn famous. It isn't that he couldn't try to flee, or that there aren't places that would give him asylum. It's just that getting to them and staying hidden isn't realistic.
There's also his giant ego that would prevent him from just living a quiet life under the radar.
Besides, he's not going to do any significant jail time. He should, but there's no way he will
