Hasn't been legally relevant for six hundred years.

It's important to the American founding myth, not the British. Parliament is older than it is, just to start with.

Not that they're not a limited monarch, it's just not as important as American schools portray it to be.

I haven't listened to the full speech, but I feel like he's not including the US in "our allies" here.
