Seems like apocryphal Judith tales place her in either 2nd or 6th BC based on Holofernes, or even older based on other sources. Seems very unclear. Not exactly Medieval. Though I still find the meme funny.
For those curious as I was, this is one of those religious texts that was in some bibles and not others. Very interesting.
The Medieval part here was apparently a lot of depictions that occurred during those times.

Yeah, it's an illustration from a late 13th Century copy of Speculum Humanae Salvationis held in the Marseille library, and shows Judith beheading Holoferne.
