Unfortunately, Congress is trying to pass an amnesty to both Bolsonaro and his suporters that invaded and destroyed the congress building
This protest is against that, and a constitution change they are also trying to do to prohibit deputies of being arrested unless the own congress takes an anonymous vote to permit the arrest
People are very angry about it
