I am not an expert, but here's my take. I can understand you just fine, but I have to pay more attention than usual.
In particular, you seem to have a tendency to drop consonants that occur near the ending of words. "Describe" becomes "descrie", "people" becomes "peole", etc.
It's not enough to make you difficult to understand, as long as I'm willing to focus.
