Honestly Juggalos are fine. Stinky and often cringe for sure but mostly completely harmless. They are a really welcoming group of people and generally very kind to each other.
Went to a Kottonmouth kings and ICP show way back in the day. Was def not my jam but I had way less issues than i thought i would as far as crowd vibes.
I felt very confused and had to educate myself. I got juggalo confused with gigalo and thought insane clown posse was those groups from a few years back that the news said was terrorizing neighbourhoods. I had no idea about the hip hop group or their casual and very dedicated fans!
I like ICP but I'm not in the group at all. I like deranged sounding music and talented creators. The freaks should get a little love but going full fan is hard when I don't like all of their stuff. But I guess that doesn't really refute the point hahaha.
This is actually what separates the casual listeners from the die-hard juggalos, is whether or not you accept the "official story" about magnetism. Sorry I didn't have a dumbass reply for this one. I do think the song has a generally sweet message. I absolutely love the magnets line though but not for the typical meme reasons. Iām a radiologist so magnetism and MRI safety issues come up at work a lot. A friend and I have a gif saved of the ICP magnet line and frequently send it to each other whenever there is some buffoonery like someone trying to take steel objects into the MRI suite.
Reminds me of a quote I heard from somewhere a while ago: "I've never met a casual Slayer fan. I've only met the fan with Slayer carved into his chest." Seems like that can apply to ICP fans too except with Hatchetman tattoos.
I really like Slayer's "God Hates Us All" album, but nothing else I've heard from them has gripped me in the same way. It's good stuff, I just don't like it enough to listen to it more than once. Yes, I've listened to Reign in Blood and Seasons in the Abyss.

Agree wholeheartedly. I have been pleasantly surprised by how nice they are. They seem to be just weirdos living their lives.
