To be honest, I do not like the meat flavors of the instant ramen packets. The original flavor I think is just soy sauce so it goes with damn near everything.
Most of the time I end up making my own broth anyway and don't use the flavor packets, but I was just feeling it this time.

I do similar with instant mie goreng noodles, only I try to add a fried egg and some garlic chili paste as well.

Question: Why not use the chicken flavour instead of the original flavour if you are adding chicken? Wouldn't more chicken flavour be better? :)
