I am 40 and just hired a trainer. Yes to age better and because I want to keep my muscle tone (especially my ass lol) I'm up in the gym 4-5x a week, at least an hour everytime. I meticulously track my macros and have to meal prep all my food. It has literally become my entire personality and has engulfed my life! If she was in the same boat, we would NEVER hear the end of it.
I know a trainer who specializes in training seniors. I’m talking real 80-year-olds, and he doesn’t do this! It’s weights. It’s reps, it’s balance work and they have to commit to 30 minutes everyday at home as well as seeing him once a week. She’s lying or she’s getting hosed! Her trainer is just like her ‘therapist’ - probably follows someone on IG
There is absolutely no way she is going to stick to training! Has she mentioned it to her followers? I don’t think so. Real training takes consistency and hard work and she’s incapable of either of those things

Have you noticed her patterns? She catches a wave and rides it - lots of events, this time Traitors is in the mix, trips, bikini pics, underwear pics and lots of shopping. Then the wave crashes and we get an ailment, emergency or perceived catastrophe. It feels, to me, like she’s been riding this wave longer than usual; since she kept the chickens? And it makes me think the crash could be epic. AJC and RR are right being her, breathing down her neck. They are getting opportunities and she isn’t - she is trying to make everyone believe she’s booked and busy but I’m not buying it. The Porter thing is the only one she’s has in quite a while.

She is shameless because she is trying to sell women this, pretty expensive, product to line her own pockets and she does it by making them feel insecure about themselves. She doesn’t wear these products but has managed to create a good life for herself by conning others. She’s a modern day snake-oil salesperson but doesn’t travel from town to town - her platform is much more far-reaching - and damaging.
