What i undestand is:
She's sad and thinks there is nothing that could cheer her up
A tiny frog appears
She's happy because tiny frog is very cute
It's not a laugh-out-loud comic, but rather a ooooh-how-cute one.

It does not make sense for me as well, but that might be because I'm used to pain that sits so deep, nothing is actually able to fix that in near future.
