Thanks! It's a yak grill. I'm overall satisfied, but if I could do it over again I'd probably get a yakitori grill made with diatomite bricks with adjustable airflow

I've never seen an entire skewer of garlic like this before and I have no idea why. Garlic is amazing, and I absolutely have to replicate this.

Very Interesting! I've never tried just grilled garlic cloves. Do you do anything special to them? Oil and seasoning? I'm gonna have to give this a shot..

Woah I thought different things are grilled on the same skewer so that the juices and the smell, like, mix together. I wonder if it’ll be a noticeable difference if grilled this way — I haven’t tried it yet.
