Every feed requires an algorithm, even if it’s a simple one.

"algorithm" is typically used to refer to a recommendation algorithm. Sort by date may technically be an algorithm, but you're not making yourself look smarter, you're looking like a pedant.

We’re talking about a legal ruling here. The law does not normally use that sort of vague language.
