I can't think of anyone in my life who's opinion on Putin really changed. 6 years back he already invaded Crimea and already pulled tricks to remain Russian's head of state.
No dad and no Niles, what is even the point. The only way this would have worked is if frasier had to retire and move in with Frederick who is now a cop. So like a reversal.
This isn't a spinoff, though, it's a revival. Spinoffs generally have side-characters from the previous show as a main character. This is just more Frasier, not a Daphne or Bulldog show.
