When tenants unions are not possible, I guess the alternative is individualist adventurism. This is good news to indicate that the material conditions are getting bad enough that individuals are inadvertantly doing propaganda of the deed. The poor woman probably attacked this landlord's genitals because he could very well have been asking for sexual favors when she couldn't pay rent.
Yeah, though its rare, the pain can be so intensive it can put you in shock or cardiac arrest, there's case where it happened even to healthy 17 year old boy in Ireland - so if that landlord had problems with heart it could killed him.
If you cause enough trauma to cause bleeding or internal bleeding, definitely. Groin bleeds can have a very high mortality, there is obviously a lot of blood flow in that area. There's a high proximity to your femoral artery as well.
