I only did this when I had issues with someone inside the house. very rarely did I need to uncompress in the car from an outside the house issue.
talk to your family and friends, don't fight anymore.

I can’t WAIT to gtfo my car and snuggle up with my partner and cats. Every second I’m in my car is a second I don’t get to spend with them.

That's not true. I do this when I've had a stressful day and don't want to accidentally take it out on my loved ones. Sitting in my car with some silence allows me to decompress slowly.
