I really appreciate how, in this instance, a comma is completely optional, with much the same outcome:

“Try burning this one asshole”… Well, if I must. You sure?

vs.

“Try burning this one, asshole”… OK?

Anyone got a lighter?

I love that saying.

Right up there with "kissing hands and shaking babies."
