Artichoke on pizza is a gift from God.

Yes, but in the German way (gift=poison). I love artichokes, but for whatever reason they give me cramps when on pizza.

Oh man that looks deadly.
What temp did you cook it and was it on a stone, steel or skillet?

I have the older version of this electric pizza oven https://unold.de/en/products/pizzaofen-luigi so I cook it at 400°C (the newer one goes to 450°C) and cooked on a stone.
I know a lot of people go for proper wood fire ovens but honestly the electric ones get a pretty close cook to a proper oven plus you can use it all year round without standing in the cold and rain.

Pass on the artichoke, but otherwise I'd have some.
