When palestinians capture mostly POWs, it's called "hostages" and "torture". When israelis capture mostly civilians and then actually torture them, it's called "detention". Get your nomenclature right folks, or you're an antisemite!

He also states it was a genocide funded by the US. Calls Isrealian bombing relentless, take for granted there was and apartheid and focus on the likely scenario of it continuing unchallenged.

If Zohran was a milquetoast DNC shill with no past record on Palestine I'd take it. But he's backtracking from his original position of fully supporting Palestinians, to spreading fake lies about Israeli captives being tortured while not mentioning actual Palestinians being tortured.
Caving to Zionists has never worked and there's no reason to do so, ask Jeremy Corbyn.
Zohran is now lying and throwing Palestinians under the bus to further his own career.

I might be missing something, but it reads like he's saying "Israeli hostages" as in "hostages taken by Israel" based on how he mentions families returning to rubble in Gaza.

I'm reading it that way, too. It's unfortunate wording, but if you read past the first statement, he's clearly discussing the attacks on Palestine by Israel. Immediately after that opening, Zohran writes "Relentless Israeli bombardment of Palestinians"; using "Israeli" to mean {enacted by Israel}. I'm going to go with the best and say that Zohran writing "Israeli hostages" means {hostages Israel held} and not {hostages from Israel}.

The entire segment he got famous for was that "Israel has a right to exist as a state with equal rights" clip. With people pretending that was some kind of radical take and not literally the "Israeli" propaganda about what their state is. And now here's definitively proven them wrong. So what is his value? "MAGA tears"?
