A whole lot of TikTok therapy jargon being thrown around essentially is propaganda. How to spot a narcissist. How to avoid toxic people. Is your partner manipulating you. Anything to stop you from looking in the damn mirror.

It's not even propaganda.
Fifty years ago, sociologist Alvin Toffler wrote a book called "Future Shock."
His premise was that massive changes were coming because the Industrial Era was dying and the Digital Age was coming.
People would act irrationally because they could not, or would not, be able to handle new world.
People aren't learning new propaganda lessons, they are pining for a past that never was.
