These are my winter work boots getting a pre season coat of Obenauf's Heavy Duty LP. I spend the winter on construction sites and brownfields so it can get a little rough on the boots. Obenauf is still probably overkill for my purposes but I generally like it and it holds up well. The leather stays dark which is fine for my true work boots. I don't use LP on my general use boots when I want the character of the leather to still show.

Two years, I only wear them in winter, that's helped keep them nicer. I'm willing to get a little experimental with the conditioning, function over form.
I'll post more here, currently ditching my Iron Rangers and shopping for a moc toe. Celebrating new boot day is always more fun when other people care.
