It's a shorthand for "Amerikkka" which is a pretty common name that black maoists and panthers use to make it clear that the country as a whole is still mired in structural racism of the past.
It was also spelled with one K in the past since that's how Germans spell it and it's a dig at the American state having racial policy that isn't too far off Nazi German policy.

What's the meaning behind the "k" spelling of America? If there is one that is, but I'm reasonably sure there's something that I'm missing.
