I listened to this week's Khan episode and watched a few more DS9 episodes! I've been listening to some of the back catalog of a Trek review podcast, and before I listen to the podcast I watch the episode they're reviewing.

Just the Khan episode this week. It's too bad that it's already almost over.

It is too bad! I'm hoping that enough people listened to this one that they decide to continue doing audio shows.

With the announcement of Academy my wife decided she wants to finish Discovery with me before we start it. So we finished our season 3 this week, episodes 7-13. I do not think I had ever actually watched the final episode. Not a fan of the new Imperial Grey uniforms but they are growing on me.

I had forgotten how good the Terra Firma episodes were. Was not a fan of the Su'kal story line, but it is fun seeing Saru's human side. I love when Culber gets to meet Gray.

We decided to cherry pick episodes as we come to the end of Season 1 of TNG. No-beard Riker is boring us. We only watched episode 15, too short a season and 16, when the bough breaks (this was the episode that made me suggest skipping some).

Were also watched episode 9 of Lower Decks season 4 where Mariner gets taken by Nick Locarno.

A good week all in all.

Sounds good, I'm looking forward to seeing what Academy is like. Not sure if it'll fit my preferences or not, but I'm going to give it a shot!

There are definitely some sections of TNG that are a bit rough! I usually somewhat forget about it until I watch it again. Fortunately it gets better!

I do remember that Lower Decks episode, the Rutherford/Boimler argument over whether Locarno and Paris looked alike was pretty funny!

I knew there was a previous character played by Robert Duncan McNeil, but could not recall his name, it was not until I looked up the episode name I realized he was the unredeemable paris. I must have missed the argument (or it is in the second part), either way I am going to rewatch the episode again.

Whoops, sorry! It is in the second part, I forgot it was a two part episode! It's interesting just how many callbacks are fit into those episodes.
