The price increases seem to have had some impact. But it is very minimal, as the article mentions (a 6% drop from 2009 to 2024)...

74,4kg in a year equals to ~203.83g a day.
It basically means having a meat based meal every single day.
Now, this average isn't the most useful piece of data, that's for sure, but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement.
