Whoever came up with that break time teamwork idea and made that sign needs to go back to management training school to have their overbearing asshole personality surgically removed.
She's our special ed director (sorry, now assistant superintendent of special Ed!). I believe she used to teach 4th grade math and she obviously doesn't understand that management and classroom management are not the same thing. Every week there's another micromanagement tactic and, as much as i love my kids and co-workers, I'm not sure i can continue.
