And otherwise healthy people choosing to go uninsured and leaving the risk pool will make it more expensive for the people staying insured.

Classic death spiral. And I think the title is misleading. "opt to go uninsured", as if it was a choice for them with a 100%+ increase.

lol….ACA premiums have gone up every year. Sometimes well over 100%. Especially in the early years…
