The only issue is that currently Photon isn't in a place to be made easily the default. If the Lemmy devs asked I would certainly get to work on optimizations and making it a drop-in replacement.
Thanks so much! I love Photon, it's so clean. If there could be a way to sort Subscribed Communities in alphabetical order on mobile (on the Communities page) it would be even better!

Photon is the default lemmy client for me in desktop. Glad to know that i won't need to open the default UI anymore for anything.

Just hypothetically speaking: Would you be okay with Photon being adopted as the new official frontend for Lemmy?
I have no say in this, but I feel like it’s something the Lemmy team should consider.
