I take a couple of tablespoons of psyllium husk whipped up in a coffee cup full of water. My shit literally doesn't stink anymore. Kinda gross to chug down daily, well worth it. Oh, also cured my bleeding hemorrhoids! If I had gone to the ER they would have put me in a room overnight, been there done that for less blood loss.
