Angsty and realistic depiction of addiction

I just finished reading for the umpteenth time this Stardew Valley fic, I crave for something like this. Angsty with an happy ending, an unhealthy realationship that ends in acceptance without erasing the struggle of recovery. Do you have something like this? <3
