Context is pretty clear here that just before this Luigi had asked whoever is serving them for his to be with no pickles and was ignored and Daisy is politely, but firmly restating his request.

Food containing things that you specifically told them not to put in it is a major problem. If people cant trust whats in their food then people with allergies are just not able to eat food outside their home anymore.

idk I read it as they hadn't gotten their food yet and the request for no pickles was ignored as in the server or whoever didn't acknowledge it had been made. So this was Daisy cutting in and making sure that Luigi was heard.
