If the South American government’s want to destroy the cartels they should modify one of the coca plants so it grows in other climates outside of north west South America.

There will be so much buried treasure in bunkers if civilization collapses. I hope these people are drawing crude maps with X's marking their treasure locations so the few that remain can play pirates
