yeah, the Nazis were very much fully human. that's like the main lesson to be learned from the Holocaust. the banality of evil only worked out because the Germans were too comfortable profiting from slavery to do anything about the creeping police state. and by othering ourselves and calling ourselves human and antifascist and the fascists subhuman, we're just recycling their logic with a politically correct coat of paint on top.
that's without even getting into the fact that the Nazis got inspired by the way the white settlers in America genocided the indigenous people. and that genocide never ended, which makes it doubly ignorant to blame the behavior of the American empire's footsoldiers on some untermensch state of being, it's kinda historically revisionist.

Dehumanizing other people is a tool of fascists everywhere. The original Nazis called Jews, Sinti and Roma, queer or disabled people, left wing polititians etc. „Untermenschen“, literally „subhumans“ to dehumanize and ultimatively murder them. It is the same with those murdering fucks today. Be it the US, Israel, China, Russia, most possibly the militias in Sudan …
We do not use that tool. Our enemy, the fascists, are people. Murderous fucking pieces of shit that we have to fight against, and most possibly with extreme violence, but they are still people.
