Idk if it’s ADHD, but this level of forgetfulness is ridiculous. I just feel like I’m gonna be prone to dementia when I’m old😩

I saw a video the other day of a doctor explaining early warning signs of dementia and they were basically all just symptoms of ADHD. Things like difficulty managing finances or completing chores lol. So idk whAt that means.

I'm worried the amazing brain/mouth filter I currently have will fade one day. When dementia kicks in I will begin to say the most unhinged things I don't actually mean.

That's why my retirement plan is extreme sports. Wing suits look like so much fun. Whatever happens, happens. I'm going out living in the moment.

If it doesn't go into the calendar immediately it will become a surprise later on

the feeling of trying to hold a WRITE [THING] DOWN command in your brain long enough to get to the pen & paper / phone

Funny thing is, that most of the time, it actually is somewhere in the brain but needs the correct impulse to access it.

And locks it up under pressure…

And when I do write iit down, it gets buried in my 10 billion notes with reminders going off every day so I remember they exist 😭
