Which right is more important? That of the gentleman to manage an estate as he sees fit, or that of the commoner to have some access to the natural world?
You really have to pick someone from marginalism on if you want to talk about that kind of thing.
Even then, I'm guessing you could find a modern classical liberal commenter who would say they're not important, if you can assume there's also no demand for rentals. Edit: Like, everyone owns instead.
